User registration and login to Wish

Unlike most online shops and marketplaces, Wish does not allow purchases without registration. However, there is nothing to worry about – logging into the system is not difficult or tedious and, above all, it is not binding in any way.

Registration is required

You must register as visitors to the Wish shop. Not only can you not shop, but also you can’t view individual goods. However, this is not a classic registration as you know it from Czech e-shops, which discourages so many customers from future purchases. You do not enter any more personal data manually and, above all, it does not take much time. You can choose the way you want to register. There are three types to choose from:

  • e-mail
  • via a Facebook account
  • via a Google+ account

The registration offer will appear immediately after opening the website. You cannot close this window and continue without logging in. To enter the e-shop, choose one of the registration options by clicking on one of the large boxes. The registration process is not complicated and everyone can do it. Just follow the instructions. For example, when you register via Facebook, you will only see a confirmation that your account has been linked to the shop and once approved you can start shopping.


The next time you visit Wish, you have already created your account, so you can just log in again. For social networks, you can do so by clicking on the icon and the pairing will take place automatically. Otherwise, fill in the e-mail and password you last entered via the “log in” tab. You don’t have to worry about registering and logging in – it brings many benefits to customers.

Personal account

After logging in, you will create your own account. There is no data stored in it, such as your home address or payment details – you only fill in this when ordering. The personal account is used as a profile and identification in the system. Thanks to this, Wish can also be used as a kind of business social network. It also has sections such as followers (who is interested in what is happening on your profile) and tracks (who are interested in you), which can be found on Instagram, for example. You can easily identify your favourite merchants by logging in, but also other customers who write interesting, objective and useful reviews according to you.

Bookmarks in the profile

With an account, you get a tailor-made offer and a number of benefits – for example, points exchangeable for discounts are added to you simply by browsing the shop daily after logging in. You’ll also find bookmarks on your profile, such as your favourite products, which gives you quick access with a heart tag, as well as news alerts, account settings, order history, and, of course, a shopping trolley.
